Power BIM / Revit Engineer

• Develop and maintain BIM models for power and utility projects using Autodesk Revit.

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and shop drawings.

• Create BIM models for substations, electrical buildings, control rooms, cable trenches, utility structures, and renewable energy facilities.

• Perform clash detection and design coordination between Electrical, Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines.

• Generate construction drawings and as-built documentation.

• Ensure BIM standards, project requirements, and client specifications are followed.

• Coordinate with design engineers and project teams throughout all project stages.

• Support authority submissions and technical documentation requirements.

• Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and project standards.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and project reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, BIM Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of BIM/Revit experience in infrastructure, utilities, power, energy, or industrial projects.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.

• Knowledge of power and utility infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

• Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and BIM models.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Electrical Substations (11kV, 33kV, 132kV, 220kV and above).

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing BIM models, preparing engineering drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary designs, and supporting the design of substations, power plants, renewable energy facilities, and utility infrastructure projects.
