We’re hiring a UAE National PR & Communications Specialist to support ZIA’s public-facing campaigns, government initiatives, and national-level projects. This is a key role for someone who understands the communications landscape of the UAE — from formal protocol to fast-moving content.
You’ll represent both ZIA and our clients with discretion, clarity, and cultural fluency across Arabic and English platforms.
key responsibilities
Write, translate, and adapt press releases, speeches, and public statements
Coordinate with government and media stakeholders on official announcements and protocols
Liaise directly with clients to align on messaging, gather information, and ensure delivery of all PR and communication outputs
Manage relationships with press, media outlets, and relevant institutions
Ensure all communications are aligned with national values, cultural sensitivities, and client goals
Support in campaign messaging, brand narratives, and event coverage
Collaborate with strategy, production, and digital teams to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms
Draft and review content for internal and external stakeholders, including crisis communications where required
Monitor media coverage and create reports for senior management and clients
required qualifications & experience
UAE National with Family Book (خلاصة القيد)
1–6+ years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations
Strong writing, translation, and editing skills in Arabic and English
Experience dealing with media outlets, journalists, and official stakeholders
Familiarity with government communication protocol and content review processes
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
Confident presenting ideas and speaking on behalf of leadership
Comfortable speaking on camera for interviews, statements, or public-facing content
Ability to work in high-pressure environments with fast-changing timelines
Note: Talented fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong portfolio or relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

Background in journalism, public diplomacy, or media strategy
Experience working on national campaigns or large-scale events
Understanding of social media trends and how they intersect with formal PR
Familiarity with visual storytelling, scripting, or branded content
Crisis communication or speechwriting experience
