Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities for children aged 2.5 to 4 years. Prepare and maintain an organized, clean, and child-centered classroom environment. Observe and assess each child’s progress to tailor individual learning experiences. Encourage independence, curiosity, and respect for others in all classroom interactions. Support children in developing practical life, sensorial, language, and early math skills. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with assistant teachers and school staff to ensure smooth classroom operations. Ensure the safety and well-being of every child at all times. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Certified Montessori Teacher ( equivalent certification). CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education / Childcare or equivalent qualification. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching Pre-KG / Early Years children. Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy, materials, and early childhood development. Passionate about nurturing young learners and fostering independence, curiosity, and confidence. Excellent classroom management, observation, and documentation skills. Warm, patient, and empathetic personality with a positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Creative, energetic, and adaptable to various classroom situations. Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching.
