SHARE JOB Job DescriptionTo support our G2K sales strategy we need an increased focus within the pre-sales organization on creating and delivering business centric value propositions to executive audiences in enterprise accounts.The Pre-sales consultant possesses advanced/expert level knowledge of Nexthink and partner software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the sales team.The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:• Support and lead large scale enterprise transactions as presales consultant by using knowledge and understanding that is beyond the bounds of the Nexthink product to move deals forward;• Interact with potential customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions;• Gain acceptance from the customer that Nexthink solution is key to solve the end user problems;• Prepare, plan and execute demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to transform a qualified opportunity into a deal;• Run and facilitate value-based workshops with prospects so that they can fully discover and understand how Nexthink can address their strategic projects and major issues;• Demonstrate how the solution can support overall customer initiatives and how this generates a value;• Support sales team to qualify leads by using the product deep understanding of the product s ideal customer pain points;• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute sales development strategies;• Participate as a speaker in key company events such as Experience and other marketing related activity;• Understand technical findings and transform them into compelling business stories to demonstrate Nexthink added value. Company Industry IT - Software Services Department/Functional Area Sales / Business Development Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications• BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline.• 3 years presales experience;• Proven consultative skills;• Experience of working with a sales organization and a track record of successful meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals;• Experience as a key technical resource leading the introduction of a new technology into a new market;• Experience of one or more of the following technology areas: IT Security (endpoint threat detection, GRC, SIEM), Transformation Projects (e.g. Windows 10 migration), IT Service Management (good understanding of ITIL, e.g. incident management and proactive problem management), Application Performance monitoring and IT analytics.• Endpoint management: understanding of client management technologies such as Microsoft SCCM or similar solutions.• Broad knowledge and certification of main industry standard technologies (Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization) are a plus;• Good grounding in network protocols and technologies.• Customer centric attitude with great people skills.• Strong presentation skills with great communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to talk to different teams.• Fluent in English & in Turkish.• Insight: Ability to quickly gain insight and understanding from operational data and identify opportunities for adding value with Nexthink.• Business Intelligence: appreciation of reporting technologies, (dashboards and widgets), and their operational use.• Willingness to travel 50%.
