Job Description:
• Answered all incoming call for VVIP customers.
• Resolved customer complaint, complete productivity report & provide both substantive and technical assistance.
• Managed solid client relationships, acted as a liaison with appoint personnel to effectively resolve any client issue.
• Assisted customers with credit line increases/decrease inquiries, disputes and account.
• Answered general questions regarding navigation of the website as well as account information.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Gradudate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1 years experience in contact centre is a must.
