Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Perform preservation activities under the coordination of Preservation Coordinator
  • Perform daily walkdown to inspect the preservation status of materials
  • Inform Preservation Coordinator about inspections outcome
  • Coordinate with Preservation Coordinator to repristinate the required preservation condition whenever necessary.
  • Collect and file Vendor/Supplier preservation specification/requirement
  • Keep an updated inventory of preservation consumables and tools
  • Provide purchase requests to Preservation Coordinator whenever stock has reached critical quantity
  • Operate Easy plant EDMS (Electronic document management system) tools for Preservation Check sheet and Inspection Reports.
