Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join our logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with FOCUS ERP and a strong track record in managing suppliers and optimizing costs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best rates, and ensuring cost efficiency across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and optimize pricing strategies for logistics operations.

  • Negotiate effectively with a wide network of suppliers to achieve the best cost outcomes.

  • Analyze market trends and benchmark pricing to ensure competitiveness.

  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to support profitability targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, rates, and price changes.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Pricing Manager or similar role in logistics or supply chain.

  • Strong experience with FOCUS ERP system.

  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

  • Deep understanding of cost analysis, pricing strategies, and procurement processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in Dubai / UAE market is essential.

    Preferred:

  • Established network of logistics suppliers in Dubai.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
