Roles & Responsibilities

Al Rabeeh School offers the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic from FS1 to Year 7. We are seeking teachers who are not only skilled but also bring the right mindset, are driven, and are genuinely excited to make a real difference. We want teachers who embody our values, lift the culture around them, and inspire students every single day. The ideal candidate will teach with purpose, collaborate proactively, and embrace challenges as opportunities to grow.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking teachers who can:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports student progress.
  • Use effective assessment strategies to monitor, track, and report on student attainment and progress.
  • Contribute to planning, curriculum development, and collaborative year-group work.
  • Support the pastoral needs of students and promote the school s values and behaviour expectations.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student achievements and areas for development.
  • Participate in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Applicants must:

  • Be a fluent English speaker
  • Bachelor s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
  • Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
