Roles & Responsibilities
FEMALE PRIMARY TEACHER NEEDED IN AL AIN FOR AUGUST 2026. This is a well-regarded school in Al Ain that offers an American-based curriculum alongside elements of the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. It provides education from kindergarten through Grade 12 in a structured, supportive environment focused on steady academic progress and personal development. With modern facilities and a diverse student body, the school aims to create a balanced learning experience where students are encouraged to build strong foundations, develop confidence, and grow as responsible learners within a multicultural community.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Education or matching subject
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, QTS, or equivalent)
- Experience with the American curriculum or IB programmes (PYP, MYP, DP) preferred
- Minimum 2 3+ years of teaching experience in international or high-performing schools
- Strong ability to deliver standards-based and inquiry-based learning
- Experience teaching in multicultural and English-medium environments
- Strong classroom management and ability to support differentiated learning
- Familiarity with assessment-driven teaching (including AP/IB-style expectations in senior years)
- Willingness to meet UAE licensing and professional registration requirements
