Roles & Responsibilities

The schools is particularly interested in candidates with teaching experience in Australia, New Zealand, England, or Ireland, and with prior experience working in the UAE educational environment.

Country: UAE

Emirate: Sharjah

Curriculum: Australian /Inquiry based is preferred. Priority will be given to teachers who have taught in the UAE before.

Location: The new world-class campuses, located on the picturesque east coast of the United Arab Emirates in Kalba

Desired Candidate Profile

Australian or NZ curriculum experience preferred however applicants with strong previous teaching experience can be considered

  • Bachelor of Education or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (will consider less on case by case basis)
  • Preferred registration as a professional teacher (ie: VIT, QTS, etc)
  • Applicants must have a relevant teaching qualification. (minimum Bachelor's degree)

If you have at least two years post qualifying experience and embrace a student centred model of learning and happy to work with predominantly ESL and largely Arabic children in a setting that is distinctly multi-national and multicultural then this maybe the opportunity for you.
