An exciting opportunity is available for a Principal Advisor I,Exec Reward & Policy and will report directly to General Manager, Global Rewards
About the role:
Consults with and advises key stakeholders on Executive Compensation and strategic HR Policy matters across the organization. The role is responsible for educating, communicating and undertaking in-depth research and analysis from a range of sources and for the development and effective implementation of HR Policies and as well as Executive Compensation programs.
you will be responsible to:
Executive Compensation
• Development and implementation of executive compensation strategies aligned with the Tasnee's strategies and objectives.
• Present to Executive Management Team and including Board Members if and when required.
• Rigorously monitor executive compensation trends, staying abreast of applicable legislation and other executive compensation developments.
• Preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
• Providing consultation to Executive Management and key business stakeholders on executive compensation matters
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and survey analysis for executive compensation programs to assess total remuneration for competitiveness including STI and LTI programs.
• Ensure proper integration of executive salaries and benefits as part of the company s executive compensation package.
HR Policies
• Provides recommendations along comprehensive dealing with major policies and planning changes which may create significant precedent and have corporate wide ramifications.
• Develop and review existing policies and procedures; solicit feedback from subject matter experts with regard to their effectiveness by including comparative costing; suggest improvements, and obtain approval through appropriate channels.
• Prepare and maintain HR policies with the alignment of quality assurance. You will be required to liaise with multiple senior stakeholders to successfully negotiate and collaborate together, developing and maintaining solid relationships aligned with business objectives.
• Oversees rigorous adherence to the policies and procedures related to the provision of benefits services across the Global business
• Advises and counsels all levels of company management relative to specialty areas as well as related policies and procedures.
• Manage portfolio of communications for executives and employees by assisting in the development of effective communication materials and education programs to enhance understanding and perceived value of Reward programs.
• Regularly undertake Reward Roadshows to educate employees and address pain points for the business.
• Ensure policy changes adhere to Tasnee s Change Management Framework.
• Establish Tasnee s HR Policy Committee
• Evaluate effectiveness of policies and develop proposals for achieving a higher degree of effectiveness including presenting and preparing position papers.
About You:
• Master's Degree - Advanced university degree in human resources management, public or business administration, law, Industrial engineer or a related field.
• At least 12 years of Compensation & HR Policy experience with at least 5 years experience in executive compensation coupled with international experience.
• Must demonstrate expertise in working with executive leadership and senior management up to and including Board level.
• Must demonstrate a progressive knowledge of regulatory and legislative factors impacting executive compensation & rewards programs
