What You'll Be Doing: :

• Act as the primary technical expert for BIM processes and workflows.
• Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards to align with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to BIM teams and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate BIM into project delivery frameworks.
• Lead the creation and management of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for projects.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution using BIM tools such as Navisworks or Solibri.
• Ensure the timely delivery of BIM models and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Develop and maintain BIM templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Utilize advanced BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper) to optimize project delivery.
• Implement automation and scripting solutions to improve efficiency (e.g., Python, Dynamo scripts).
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and industry trends, advising the organization on adoption.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines (e.g., ISO 19650, COBie).
• Conduct regular audits of BIM models to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor adherence to project-specific BIM requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide training and workshops for staff on BIM tools, workflows, and standards.
• Develop educational materials and resources to support BIM adoption across the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation in digital design and construction.
• Act as the primary liaison between design teams, contractors, and clients for BIM-related matters.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and workshops to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate BIM deliverables, expectations, and progress clearly to stakeholders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in BIM roles, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership position.
• BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and digital workflows.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
