The MENA Marketplace team is seeking a big-thinker, influencer and problem solver to take Souq.com Fulfilled By Souq (FBS) program to the next level. Role is the single-threaded FBA product leader for Middle East, responsible for driving product vision, strategy, roadmap, implementation, and adoption with shared P&L goals for the 3P Seller business on Souq.com
The leader will work in close partnership with the Operations (Supply Chain, Trans, FC Ops), Tech, Retail and Finance teams. Further, s/he will serve as a key member of the leadership team to define and deliver Middle East FBA goals.

The successful candidate will have a supply chain and program management background, be detail-oriented, skilled at global supply chain strategies, and excel in creative problem solving and program management. S/he will have a wide range of responsibilities including forecasting and strategic planning, collaborating with key partners to improve performance, and helping to optimize seller experience.
S/he will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, creatively solve complex issues and build scalable mechanisms of continuous improvement.
Keys to success in this role include exceptional program management, strong communication and collaboration skills, and analytic skills. The candidate needs to be able to coordinate across multiple work streams, and be able to communicate clearly appropriate triggers and actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline
8 years of relevant work experience in management, process improvement and/or digital/high-technology companies/products
8 years of experience managing cross-functional international projects and programs with tight deadlines
Track record of working in an ambiguous environment and demonstrated the ability to define processes that can scale
Experience in supply chain or operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships
Strong leadership skills and experience managing people
Demonstrated ability to work in different systems and making recommendations on improvements for both systems and processes
