*Executes security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing e-commerce programs.
Researches attempted efforts to compromise security protocols. Maintains security systems for routers and switches. Administers security policies to control access to systems. Maintains the company s firewall. Uses applicable encryption methods. Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Prefer 8 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.

Desired Candidate Profile

This role targets new compliance initiatives
across the globe in order to meet the demand for cloud compliance frameworks
allowing Oracle to operate within that region more effectively.
This role takes into consideration
the specific country regulations and standards and ensures the correct analysis
is achieved via a third party auditor to allow Oracle to be successfully
accredited against that framework.
The successful candidate would be joining the International
Compliance team for Oracle SaaS. The team is responsible for all new cloud
compliance initiatives outside of the United States.
Successful candidates for this role must be very comfortable
taking a leadership role with regulatory compliance in a fast-paced organization.
Candidates will be expected to lead new compliance efforts, as well as maintain
existing regulatory compliance obligations. A background in owning, leading,
and managing the day-to-day compliance operations, continuous monitoring,
and/or assessment & authorization is required.
A strong working knowledge of relevant local
compliance requirements across the Middle East (CITC, NESA IAS,
ADISS v2, DISR v2, NCEMA 7000:2015 Cloud Computing Security
Considerations and ICT security standards is required. ISO 27000 series and
similar skill and experience is a plus for the right candidate.
Language : Business and technical communication in English is required.
Each analyst across is responsible
for executing the assigned workload to address the cloud compliance priorities
for the region. Determining the priorities for each region involves working
with the sales leaders to ensure what is being assessed has the biggest
advantage to Oracle.
Our teams work with the sales
leaders to ensure each new compliance initiative contains the most accurate
details with regards to compliance cost from both an assessment cost to an
operational cost moving forward.
Obtaining compliance involves our
teams to work with multiple stakeholders within the Oracle operations to gather
the appropriate information for the related frameworks.
Each region follows the
pre-defined compliance framework guidelines to achieve certification. This is
achieved by providing key Oracle documentation to the approved third party
auditor via restricted Beehive virtual reading rooms.
Upon the completion of the
assessment, work continues to ensure any updates to either the cloud service
itself or the underlying architecture is documented to allow re-assessment to
take place relatively easily.
Qualifications :
• Networking fundamentals
• ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, Security , PMP and other
security certifications preferred
• Prefer 5 years relevant experience and university degree.
• A strong working knowledge of relevant
local compliance requirements across the Middle East (CITC, NESA

Considerations and ICT security standards is required. ISO 27000 series and

• Must be able to complete one or more
background investigations and/or appropriate security clearance(s) as
required by government contracts and due to applicable laws, regulations, and
executive orders.
