Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the complete production process for all print collateral, including sales brochures, technical specification sheets, corporate magazines, event invitations, and showroom materials.
  • Vendor Management: Source, build relationships with, and manage a network of high quality printing presses and suppliers. You will be responsible for obtaining quotes, negotiating costs, and ensuring vendors meet our exacting quality standards.
  • Technical Pre-Press: Act as the technical expert for all print files. Conduct rigorous pre-press checks, manage color proofing, and ensure all artwork is perfectly prepared for production.
  • Material & Finishing Expertise: Advise the creative team on the best paper stocks, finishes (e.g., embossing, foiling, varnishes), and binding techniques to achieve a premium, tactile experience for each project

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: You have 3 to 5+ years of dedicated experience in a print production role, either at a creative agency, a premium brand, or a high-end printing press.
  • Technical Print Knowledge: You possess deep, hands-on knowledge of the entire print production process, including offset and digital printing, color management (CMYK, Pantone), pre-press requirements, and a wide range of finishing techniques.
  • A Discerning Eye: You have a meticulous and uncompromising eye for detail, quality, and color consistency. You instinctively know what makes a printed piece feel premium.
  • Vendor Network: You have existing relationships with or a strong knowledge of high quality print suppliers in the UAE.
  • Software Proficiency: You are proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with the ability to review, troubleshoot, and finalize print-ready files
