Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide full care and supervision for newborn babies (0–3 months and above as needed)

  • Assist with feeding (breastfeeding support or bottle feeding) and ensure proper feeding schedules

  • Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene and skin care

  • Monitor baby’s health, temperature, and general well-being

  • Follow sleep routines and help establish healthy sleep patterns

  • Sterilize bottles, feeding equipment, and baby items

  • Support mother with postnatal care guidance and recovery assistance

  • Track feeding, sleeping, and diaper logs accurately

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and calm environment for the newborn

  • Administer basic first aid when necessary and report any concerns immediately

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

  • Valid nursing license with current CPR and First Aid certification, ensuring adherence to patient safety standards

  • 5–8 years of proven experience as a newborn care nurse, nanny, or caregiver

  • Strong knowledge of infant care, hygiene practices, and safety standards

  • Calm, patient, and highly attentive to detail

  • Ability to strictly follow instructions from parents and/or medical professionals

  • Additional training or certification in childcare, nursing, or caregiving is an advantage
