SHARE JOB Responsibilities • Departmental: • Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details. • Scanning of all Education Certificates onto the PRO Database. • Organising for passports and/or labour cards to be given to colleagues if required in PRO's absence. • Tracking of entry dates of new starters for visa purposes. • Assisting colleagues and managers with day to day PRO queries. • Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRO. • Visiting various external departments e.g. Embassies, Traffic, Etisalat, Banks. • Liaising with PRO & HR with regards to: 1. New starters - documents required to process employment &/or visit visas 2. Leavers - documents required to cancel/transfer visas 3. Weekly report to HR team on progress of visa status of new starters • Ensuring company compliance with labour laws and ad hoc duties as required by both PRO & HR. Skills & Qualifications • Qualified candidate should have at least 5 years relevant experience. • Previous hotel experience is required. • Presently residing in the UAE. • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills. • Must have a valid UAE driving license. • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal. • A confident individual, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization. • Applicable job-related skills as per accountable duties. • Strong administration and organization skills with a proven ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously in a busy work environment. • Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher etc. • Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in an environment of confidentiality with the right balance of common sense, empathy, and business acumen. • Must be able to remain focused and calm in a busy, and often hectic, office environment.
