Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all government-related documentation, including visa applications, labor permits, and company licenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions to avoid penalties.
  • Drive company personnel and guests to various locations, including meetings, airports, and client sites, while adhering to traffic laws and maintaining vehicle safety.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all vehicle maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and fuel consumption, to ensure optimal vehicle performance and cost efficiency.
  • Liaise with government departments and agencies, such as the Ministry of Labour and Immigration, to resolve issues and maintain positive working relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record is mandatory, with experience driving in the UAE.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar PRO/Driver role within the UAE, demonstrating practical experience.
