Handling Trade License renewal, Labor related work, Overall Immigration Activities.
Monitors the visa, labor card and passport expiration of all associates.
Ensure all visa, medical and labor permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
Ensure all Trade Licenses, permits are up to date.
Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
Maintaining a systematic record of transactions related to the processing of work permits and visas for staff and their family members
Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries, Municipalities & other related departments
Responsible for processing all applications for visas, work permits, residence permits identity cards of employees and dependents as well as visitors.
Dealing with Ministry of Labor,
Works with relevant government agencies or departments to ensure documents are processed properly.
Coordination works related to different Consulates and Embassies Supports the translation of any Arabic documentation.
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic Qualifications and requirements:• Filipino nationality .Any Diploma/ Degree• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Government Relations • Experience in handling visa, licenses and equipment permits in different Government Authorities. • Familiar with Microsoft office Applications • Holding a valid local driving license • Takes initiative; develops and implements creative and effective solutions to key problems; strives for continuous improvement. • Able to work flexible hours. Willing to work in Hamriyah Free-zone Sharjah
