Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute process design and engineering for FEED and detailed engineering projects within an engineering or consultancy organization.
  • Contribute to process design development, P&ID reviews, energy efficiency assessments, and plant optimization studies.
  • Participate actively in HAZOP, safety, and design review meetings.
  • Work closely with licensors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency and integration.
  • Manage and coordinate FEED deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality compliance.
  • Independently perform process simulations, calculations, and optimization studies.
  • Prepare and review process datasheets, reports, and technical documents.
  • Provide process input during project execution and support troubleshooting during design or commissioning phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Process Engineer in FEED and detailed engineering projects.
  • Proven experience in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II).
  • Strong background in energy optimization and efficiency reviews.
  • Sound understanding of licensor packages and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing FEED deliverables is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skill
