The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Engineers with a proven track record in understanding of the complexities involved in large-scale Gas Processing projects to meet objectives for a high-profile client.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Enhancing workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve system performance.
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Leveraging automation and advanced engineering tools to streamline operations.
• Managing engineering projects, coordinating teams, and driving innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Undertake process design work of units as required, supervise and check works of assigned engineers on the project as appropriate
• Execute process engineering activities within the budget and schedule, as well as maintaining technical integrity of the design
• Ensure that detail design methods, standards and data used conform with Client's requirements and / or those issued

Expected:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of five (5+) years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry, including minimum three (3) years (preferred) in GCC region.
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in similar position in a mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
• Proficient in Process Simulation software's such as HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, PipeNet, Pipesim, OLGA etc. and should be a subject matter expert.
• Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
• Experience of working in a multi - project / multi - disciplined environment and throughout all engineering and design phases of projects
• Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage
