Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Measure, grade and feed batches of raw materials into production machinery/process
  • Operate Tetra Pak processing equipment in the processing area in a safe and sanitary manner following all GMP’s.
  • Perform proper monitoring and maintaining process controls of heat exchangers process variables and document accurate recordings of process parameters while in operation.
  • Cleaning the processing equipment which includes hand cleaning parts, clean-in-place (CIP), and clean out of place (COP) operations daily.
  • Maintain cleanliness /hygiene in his respective working place. Proper waste sorting and withdrawal according to waste management standards.
  • Accurately recording daily production data and regulatory information and verifying they are within the established control limits for proper operation
  • Know proper established start-up and shut down procedures. CIP of Silos, and line circuits. Take proper samples to monitor the CIP system for chemical strengths.
  • Service pumps, valves, and heat exchangers as needed and/or per preventative maintenance schedule. Develop and train team members.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Secondary School / Technical Certificate
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 Years in Tetra Pak and Dairy Processing Machines.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Knowledge in dairy principles and processes.
  • Knowledge in ISO and HACCP
  • Knowledge of HMI (SCADA) operation.
