Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and redesign HR processes, focusing on efficiency gains and cost reduction, to drive tangible improvements in HR operations.
- Lead the implementation of new HR technologies and systems, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption across the organization.
- Manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in process mapping
- Ability to translate HR processes into digital workflows or automated tools
- Skilled in documenting SOPs, RACI matrices and governance flows to ensure process clarity and accountability
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in process reengineering, Hr transformation or shared services
