Procurement Administrative Clerk Jobs Vacancy We are looking for experienced and talented Procurement Administrator Clerk for Dubai. Category Logistics Jobs.
Job Description:
To support the management of corporate contracts and act as Hanover contact where required. To liaise with other departments and external suppliers as necessary.
Arrange quarterly management and performance review meetings with corporate suppliers, to drive continuous improvements in the service in line with best practice
To issue tenders for corporate supply/services contracts, including supporting the e-procurement tender system.
To proactively create and maintain accurate manual and computerized records as required by the team in maintaining the Contract Database. This will include data gathering, input, and financial searches on suppliers.
To assist the Procurement Team in highlighting to relevant managers and staff those contracts which are due for renewal or re tendering in a timely manner.
To maintain a register and status report of current tenders and a list of procurement team savings.
To assist the Manager in providing accurate reporting information on a timely basis
Job skills:
Ability to manage own work loads and processes to deliver on time.
Attention to detail
Able to use own initiative to solve problems
Good written/oral communication skills at all levels
Good organisation skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Good understanding of the importance of customer service
Computer literate (Word & Excel) to Basic level
Ability to collate and communicate information from various sources.
