Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies/resources.
Assist with meeting, travel and event planning.
Fields all incoming mail, packages and deliveries.
Verifies all expense receipts for expenses report by employees.
Manages jobsite visits so we are fully engaged in the progress of the project.
Insure we are invoicing per the contract at the correct prices, per agreement.
Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Having 12 years experience in the field.
Excellent Computer Skills.
