Procurement Assistant – MEP Division Bhatia Company

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support the procurement activities for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. The candidate will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of MEP items in line with project requirements.

Assist in procurement of MEP materials such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting components Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and LPOs Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and delivery schedules Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery to project sites Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements Coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements and updates Track and maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation Assist in cost comparison and budgeting for procurement activities Handle inventory coordination and ensure proper stock levels when required
