Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator / Specialist to oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for raw materials and specialty chemicals used in the production of personal-care products such as soaps and shampoos. This role also includes managing international procurement transactions and supporting inventory planning, including MRP, safety stock, and minimum stock levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year UAE experience in sourcing & procurement (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Organized and efficient in demand/inventory planning
- Excel proficiency (mandatory)
- SAP/ERP experience (preferred)
- Cosmetics or chemical procurement background (preferred)
