Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified Procurement Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Civil Engineering and possess 3–5 years of relevant experience within a Real Estate Developer or Construction company. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, sourcing materials, evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials in accordance with project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement within a Real Estate Developer or Construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
