Procurement Executive Safe Line Group of Companies

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for electrical materials and components.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely supply for ongoing projects.
• Maintain and update the approved vendor list and supplier performance database.
• Coordinate with engineering, projects, and finance departments to ensure accurate material specifications and budget alignment.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and compare quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and issue purchase orders in line with company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist in periodic procurement reporting and analysis for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in procurement within the electrical or MEP industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials, equipment, and vendor networks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of import/export documentation and logistics (added advantage).
