Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, and delivery terms. • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approval workflow. • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and storekeepers for material requirements. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules. • Track and monitor deliveries to ensure compliance with project timelines. • Maintain and update procurement records, supplier database, and invoices for audit. • Ensure compliance with company standards, budget constraints, and technical specifications. • Evaluate supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues. • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years experience in procurement within a construction company (UAE experience preferred) • Good knowledge of construction materials, MEP items, and local market • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. • Strong analytical and cost management skills.
