Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suppliers for high-end luxury materials.
Secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms without compromising the quality standards required for luxury projects.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure all procured materials meet specific architectural standards and client expectations.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and reduce costs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify reliable vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships to ensure quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
Handle all procurement-related paperwork, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs documentation for imported luxury goods.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management within a relevant industry, demonstrating expertise.
Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are highly regarded.
Experience in working with international suppliers and understanding global sourcing dynamics is essential.
