Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate quality and cost-effectiveness of materials and services.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
  • Maintain records of all procurement activities for transparency and auditing purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile

  • chelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
