Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :


Manage end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and supply-chain efficiency.
Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation for key categories.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to meet project procurement schedules.
Oversee inventory control, purchase orders, and supplier performance KPIs.
Maintain strong market intelligence on material trends, pricing, and supply risks.
Ensure full alignment with UAE procurement regulations and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of procurement experience within the UAE, specifically in transportation, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and category management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of local and international sourcing processes.

Preferred Skills :

CPPM (Certified Professional Procurement Manager) or CPP (Certified Purchasing Professional) certification preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-value contracts.
Proficiency in English; Arabic an advantage.
