Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hotel s end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Source reliable suppliers, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts to achieve the best commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast and plan purchasing needs.
- Oversee inventory levels, stock rotation, and material control systems.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott International s purchasing policies and ethical standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate purchasing documentation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvement.
- Supervise and develop procurement staff through training and performance evaluation.
- Support sustainability and local sourcing initiatives as part of Marriott s corporate responsibility goals.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
3 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
