Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all purchasing operations across hotel departments, ensuring compliance with Marriott International standards.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan purchasing needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely deliveries, and minimize waste.
  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
  • Drive sustainability and local sourcing initiatives in line with company policies.
