Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all hotel procurement activities across departments.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent product quality.
- Review purchase requests, approve orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with finance and operations to maintain cost control and budget alignment.
- Oversee supplier audits and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise and train purchasing staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support sustainability and local sourcing initiatives as per Marriott guidelines.
- Prepare purchasing reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.

Ideal Profile

- Proficient in procurement and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
