Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate purchasing of goods and services.
- Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve optimal value.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast and plan purchasing needs.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott International s global procurement policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, purchase orders, and delivery timelines.
- Manage and train purchasing team members to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices in vendor evaluation, cost control, and sustainability.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement performance and cost analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within hospitality.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and financial management systems.
- Knowledge of local market regulations and supplier landscape.
- Leadership qualities with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
