Roles & Responsibilities

Procurement Manager


Job Location : Saudi Arabia


Responsibilities :


• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team with clear KPIs and performance reviews.

• Build and maintain long-term supplier/vendor relationships and approved vendor lists.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and SLAs to secure best value.

• Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance; implement cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives.

• Oversee PR/PO lifecycle, approvals, expediting, and on-time delivery of materials and services.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Projects to align sourcing with demand forecasts and budgets.

• Implement category strategies, supplier risk management, and compliance controls.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and ethical procurement practices.

• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for accurate data, reporting, and audit readiness.


Requirements :


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of procurement experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
