Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and vendor performance evaluation, ensuring best value.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, optimizing costs and mitigating supply chain risks.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers, securing favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers, conducting thorough due diligence to ensure compliance and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural).

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 12 years of UAE experience in procurement, with a focus on engineering or technical procurement.

  • Exhibits a proven track record of successful contract negotiations and cost savings initiatives.
