Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute cost-effective procurement of goods and services for operations and projects. Manage the full procurement cycle, including requisition review, PO issuance, tracking, and closure. Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers; explore local and international sourcing opportunities. Monitor market trends, update pricing, and support cost control initiatives. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and approval procedures. Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification, reconciliation, and payments. Prepare procurement reports on cost savings, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in landscape principles.
Holds relevant certifications, such as a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar, demonstrating procurement expertise.
Demonstrates a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in landscape procurement, showcasing a proven track record of success.
Exhibits a strong understanding of the landscape industry, including plant materials, hardscape elements, and landscape maintenance practices.
