Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all procurement and purchasing activities within the assigned portfolio.
Ensure full compliance with the P2P process, in alignment with Global Procurement guidelines.
Maintain proactive coordination and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Align procurement strategies with business goals and operational requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess demand and plan procurement schedules effectively.
Conduct regular follow-ups on open orders to ensure timely deliveries and manage rescheduling when needed.
Carry out RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, perform cost/value analysis, and provide recommendations based on best value principles.
Analyze procurement data periodically to identify and implement P2P efficiency improvement initiatives.
Manage and resolve vendor complaints, disputes, and claims professionally.
Scout, screen, and onboard qualified vendors in line with company standards.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by your superior.
