Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Source materials, equipment, and services at the best price, quality, and delivery terms. • Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and issue Purchase Orders. • Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List. • Ensure all purchases comply with company policy and applicable laws. • Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams. • Track procurement costs, achieve savings, and prepare reports. • Manage supplier contracts and documentation in system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field. • 5–8 years procurement experience (oil & gas/energy sector preferred). • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. • Proficient in MS Office and any ERP system. • Good knowledge of Incoterms, customs, and TAX rules in UAE. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Competencies: Detail-oriented, ethical, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
