Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle — sourcing, RFQs, comparisons, negotiations, and purchase orders
Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong vendor relationships
Ensure timely purchasing of musical instruments, equipment, office supplies, and operational materials
Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to:
Create and manage purchase orders
Track inventory levels
Monitor supplier performance
Maintain procurement records
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, admin, academy branches) for procurement needs
Compare prices and prepare cost analysis reports
Ensure all purchases align with budgets and company policies
Follow up with suppliers on deliveries and resolve delays or discrepancies
Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities
Visit suppliers and branches when required (driving license is essential)
Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial records
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
2–4+ years of procurement or purchasing experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (procurement / inventory module)
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Good understanding of supply chain and inventory processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment
