Roles & Responsibilities

Spider Plus is a leading provider of cranes and lifting equipment’s in the UAE and KSA. We supply, maintain, and support a wide range of heavy equipment for the construction and industrial sectors. Our business involves:
• Equipment sales & rental
• Spare parts supply
• Technical services & maintenance
• KSA & UAE cross-border operations
• Strong partnerships with international manufacturers

Understanding technical parts, logistics flow, and supplier coordination is essential for this role.

� About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to handle purchasing, supplier management, inventory control, spare parts , and logistics arrangements for our UAE and KSA operations. You will support the business by ensuring the right parts and materials are sourced on time to keep our equipment operations running smoothly.

� Key Responsibilities

✔ Source and purchase spare parts, equipment components, and operational materials
✔ Manage quotation collection, supplier negotiation, and vendor relationships
✔ Process POs, GRNs, invoices, and procurement documents
✔ Coordinate with international suppliers for part identification, pricing, and shipment
✔ Oversee inventory levels, stock movement, and reporting across UAE & KSA
✔ Handle spare parts inquiries, prepare quotations, and support sales orders
✔ Arrange local & international shipments and customs documentation
✔ Support KSA procurement team and ensure process alignment
✔ Maintain petty cash and financial documentation related to purchases


Desired Candidate Profile

� Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering or related field

• 3–5 years of procurement or inventory experience

• Experience in heavy machinery, lifting equipment, or technical spare parts (preferred)

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Good knowledge of logistics, import/export, and customs

• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond to urgent requests

� Skills & Qualities

✓ Strong communication and coordination skills

✓ Detail-oriented and highly organized

✓ Technical understanding of construction equipment parts is an advantage

✓ Ability to work independently and support a multi-country operation
