Procurement Officer - MEP/Construction Industry Shuraa Management And Consultancy LLC

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a hands-on Procurement Officer who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontracted services. The role ensures timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications while supporting construction schedules and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of MEP materials and site requirements.
  

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
  

• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and subcontractors for MEP works
  

• Review technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accurate purchasing
  

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers and subcontractors
  

• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to understand material requirements
  

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays
  

• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
  

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or overstocking
  

• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and UAE regulations
  

• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any delivery or quality issues
  

• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and budget tracking for management
