Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Develop and deliver long term sourcing strategies, lead key initiatives with cross-functional teams; drive the decision-making process of the category roadmap with regional senior leadership for facility management services, building maintenance contracts, spare parts & Annual contract renewals.
- Drive commercial relationships with suppliers, with a principal objective of achieving optimal cost and performance
- Lead supplier performance management including improving sustainability & social responsibility
- Coordinate and collaborate with local teams to deploy and manage the implementation of your defined strategies

Requirement:

• Completed bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of Facility management & Services procurement experience
• Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills
• Experience developing and implementing ideas independently
• Highly self-motivated and customer-centric
• Ability to demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, work with technical and non-technical business owners and ability to work independently and with ambiguity
• Able to have a difficult conversation and be comfortable debating with peers across teams to drive change
• Key traits to be successful in this role are Ownership, Deliver Results, Earn Trust and Dive Deep
•Fluency in Arabic Language is a plus
