Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Identify and build relationships with profitable suppliers.
• Approve and finalize purchases, contracts, and deliveries.
• Coordinate outbound logistics and manage shipment schedules.
• Prepare export documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery advice, etc.)
• Track key procurement metrics to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Conduct contract reviews and ensure compliance.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to drive cost-efficiency and improve supplier performance.
• Use data analytics for decision-making and reporting to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
• Monitor and manage supply chain risks.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist/Supply Chain Specialist or similar role.
• At least 3 years experience in a logistics company and in import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and export documentation.
• Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
• Proficient in supplier management software and data analysis.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Familiar with international procurement markets and practices.
