Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze transportation costs and market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies for freight and logistics services.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market demands.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors, and partners to secure optimal pricing and service levels.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best value.
  • Onboard new vendors to support new and existing business opportunities and ensure continuous market competitiveness and service reliability.
  • Track and report on procurement metrics, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and lead times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management or transportation pricing.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Commitment to ethical sourcing and compliance with company standards.
