Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Procurement Supervisor (Oracle Experience)

Location: UAE


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Supervisor with Oracle system experience to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, inventory control, and stock management. The candidate should have strong experience in purchase processing, inventory monitoring, and ERP systems (Oracle).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing process

  • Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) using Oracle ERP system

  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery, and pricing negotiation

  • Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of materials

  • Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements

  • Track and control inventory movement and stock reports

  • Work closely with accounts and warehouse teams

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years experience in Procurement

  • Minimum 5 years UAE experience

  • Oracle ERP experience is mandatory

  • Strong knowledge of purchase processing, inventory & stock control

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)

  • Fluent in English (read & write)

  • Arabic or Hindi language is an advantage

  • Any nationality
