Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepares and manages all procurement requests.
Creates and tracks all Purchase Requests, ensures requests are submitted to appropriate departments for approval.
Responsible for all documentation associated with a purchase as required by government and company policies.
Follows up on all awards until completion of order.
Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Required.
- Minimum three years' experience working in an administrative position.
- Working knowledge of the procurement and supply department.
- Experience working with IFS or Similar supply systems beneficial but not required.
- Must possess a valid Secret Clearance.
- Must be able to obtain Common Access Card (CAC).
- Overtime may be required.
